Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Bosch original equipment oxygen sensors are designed for identical OE fit, no cutting or wire splicing is necessary. Bosch invented the first oxygen sensor and has provided best in class performance and maximum service life so that they are the #1 OE and aftermarket sensor. Premium ceramic technology incorporates Zirconium or titania and yttriumáprovides superior protection against mechanical and thermal shock. Patented catalytically activated fine particle filter prevents contamination for extended life and ensures precise voltage to your engines emission control computer, then a second filter doubles protection against exhaust gas contamination further increasing sensor life. Every Bosch oxygen sensor is rigorouslyátested before it is released for sale for extra assurance it will work perfectly straight out of the package.

Customer Reviews: Best price on the web March 9, 2010 The Irish Patient (Western Massachusetts) This oxygen sensor is an exact replacement for the front sensor on a 2002 Toyota Corolla. The electrical connector is pre-installed. For this price, there is no point in bothering with a universal type of sensor where you must cut off the old connector and solder it to the new leads.
Be warned that installation on a 2002 Corolla is a bear. The problem is mechanical interference from the bolts that hold the exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold. I had to use a carbide disk in a Dremel tool equipped with the flexible extension attachment to grind off the interference. What a back breaker!!! Use a file to cut a bit of a flat on the sensor's mounting flange before installation, and you'll have no problem with any future removal. I wish Toyota had done the same with the original sensor.
Shipped promptly and saved me $$! January 26, 2010 C-Hope (Baldwinsville, NY) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My check engine light code indicated my need for this sensor. Buying via Amazon.com was very efficient and cost effective. I fortunately got a local mechanic to install it and now the problem is resolved.
Chevy Prizm Oxygen Sensor August 8, 2009 Denny R. Mejia (Glendale, California United States) Thanks,
Due to this item the engine light in my Chevy Prizm 1998 was on all the time. Once I installed this baby in, the engine light went away for good in a few days.
